We must receive the item back in an unworn condition with its original packaging material within 30 days of purchase. 
We also require the original invoice included with the order or it will make it difficult, if not impossible, to process the return.
If the footwear does not have ALL the original packaging, we will refuse the return.
Note:**Packaging includes an outer protective box for the shoe box, not the shoe box to be taped up and sent to us. Also, all the inner packaging must be intact, this includes all filler material.

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt of package through the original payment method.

Even though it happens rarely, we do make mistakes on occasion.  If that happens, please contact us FIRST!  We may or may not require the original item be returned back to us.  We will provide a return UPS shipping label where applicable or we will fully reimburse (UPS Ground) your return shipping back us.  Upon receipt of the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either send you the correct item back to you free of charge or provide you with a full refund including the original shipping amount.

EXCHANGES AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU!
* Please follow the above return instructions and write "Exchange" on your invoice.  Please note the size you want to exchange to and once we receive your exchange, we will contact you to let you know when it will ship it.

• If the footwear is returned and not exchanged, a 5% restocking fee will apply (this is what Amazon charges us).
• If the package is refused or sent back to us as undeliverable, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
• If we received the return over 30 days from purchase date, we will apply a 50% restocking fee. No exceptions.
